We collect the minimum data needed to run the tools you pay for. We don't sell it. We don't share it with advertisers. We don't use your data to train AI models outside of your own account. Your shop data is yours.
Ryxen operates from British Columbia, Canada. We build and operate SiteQueue, SupplyGrid, SafeDesk, and ShopDocs — independent software tools for trades and manufacturers. When this policy says "we" or "Ryxen," it means the company behind all four products.
Account information: your name, email address, and company name when you sign up. We need this to create your account and send you things like password resets and billing receipts.
Product data: the jobs, orders, documents, procedures, and other information you enter into our tools. This data exists to serve you — it powers the features and AI assistants within your account.
Payment information: processed through Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe handles this under their own security standards (PCI DSS Level 1).
Usage data: basic analytics like page views and feature usage, collected to understand which parts of the tools are working and which need improvement. We use privacy-respecting analytics — no cross-site tracking, no fingerprinting.
We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or selling to third parties. Full stop.
Each Ryxen product includes a named AI assistant (Oriel, Lyra, Vance, Kanso). These assistants answer questions by reading the data in your account — your jobs, orders, regulations, and procedures. They do not access the internet, other customers' data, or any information outside your account. Your data is not used to train models that serve other customers.
Service providers: we use a limited number of third-party services to operate (hosting, payment processing, email delivery, AI inference). These providers process data on our behalf under agreements that restrict them from using your data for their own purposes.
Legal obligations: we may disclose data if required by Canadian law, a court order, or a regulatory body with jurisdiction. We will notify you if legally permitted to do so.
We do not share data with advertisers, data brokers, or anyone else.
Our infrastructure is hosted in Canada and Germany (Hetzner). We keep data within jurisdictions that meet Canadian privacy standards.
Your product data stays in your account as long as your account is active. If you cancel, we retain your data for 30 days in case you change your mind, then permanently delete it. Billing records are retained as required by Canadian tax law.

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and remember your preferences. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies. That's it.
If we make meaningful changes, we'll email active account holders and update the date at the top of this page. We won't quietly change how we handle your data.
