Program Overview

The Employee Satisfaction Survey (ESS) program is a standardized corporate procedure designed to measure, analyze, and improve workforce morale, engagement, and retention within manufacturing operations. This program aligns with lean management principles by treating employee feedback as a critical input for continuous improvement (Kaizen). The survey is administered annually, and results are integrated into plant-level action plans and reviewed during management reviews.

Scope & Applicability

This program applies to all full-time, part-time, and contract employees across all manufacturing facilities, distribution centers, and administrative offices reporting to the Operations division. Contractors and temporary workers may participate voluntarily. The survey covers key dimensions: job satisfaction, safety culture, supervisory support, compensation fairness, work-life balance, and opportunities for growth.
