Scope

Procedure: Step-by-Step

1 Audit current inventory: Count all touch-up kits in vehicles, service carts, and warehouse storage. Record quantities against standard par levels for each colour and consumable.

2 Inspect kit condition: Check aerosol cans for expiration dates or dented/rusty bodies; verify filler is pliable and not dried out; confirm sandpaper is clean and dry.

3 Replenish shortages: Order missing colours or consumables from approved vendor catalog. Update inventory log with received quantities and note any substitutions.
